We are a local non-profit organization that advocates for Native Americans in need of resources in the state of Arkansas, and we’ve been providing free help since 1977. If you or someone you know is a registered member of a federally recognized tribe, apply for benefits or share this link to spread awareness of these services. Funded by the Department of Labor through the Workforce Innovations and Opportunities Act (WIOA), Section 166 grant.

Employment Career/Services Offered

Career Counseling

We aid our participants with their career choice helping to identify and stay focused on career goals.

Job Search and Placement Assistance

We provide assistance to our job/career seeking participants. This is a combination of career counseling, skills assessment along with job search guidance.

Resume and Cover letter building assistance

We assist our participants in creating their cover letter and/or resume.

Job Referrals

We can utilize our partnerships with employers to get our participant’s resume a closer look from the hiring manager.

Employment Workshops

We facilitate workshops for our participants to empower them while they are searching for employment. Workshops include: Resume building classes, soft skills, dress for success, and much more.

Full Development of Individual Employment Plan

Our IEP outlines the goals that we would like to obtain with our participants. We will go through an extensive intake process to ensure that we have a solid plan of action for our participant.

GED through Advanced degrees

Job Readiness Training

We prepare participants to get, keep and excel at a new job. Basic employability skills include effective communication, problem solving, resume building, and interviewing. Job readiness training programs also help participants develop good work habits that facilitate their ongoing success.

Occupational Skills Training

We can provide a set of skills or knowledge for a specific job or occupation so that our participants can advance in their careers such as Welding, CNA, CDL and more.

Skill Upgrading and Retraining

Whether you are looking to upgrade your certification, enhance your education, or need assistance with a career pathway, we can help.

On-The-Job Training

Through the WIOA Program we offer a paid work experience program for those who qualify.
